The next phase of Love’s Farm is in the Cambridgeshire countryside, next to the completed first phase of Love’s Farm, opposite the growing new community of Wintringham and close to the bustling market town of St Neots.
With good road links, including the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet (improving journeys between Milton Keynes and Cambridge) due to open in 2027, St Neots railway station a short walk away, and express bus services to Cambridge, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Oxford available from the bus stop on Cambridge Road, there are lots of ways to get to/from Love’s Farm and to explore the wider area.
Who we are
Urban&Civic is the master developer for the next phase of Love’s Farm, having acquired L&Q Estates and its portfolio in August 2024.
The Urban&Civic team and its consultants have extensive experience designing and delivering sustainable new neighbourhoods supported by high quality transport and community infrastructure - from the earliest stages of the development to the final bricks laid.
As master developer for Wintringham – the development to the south of Love’s Farm – Urban&Civic has been involved with discussions around the strategic eastern expansion of St Neots for many years.
