Morris Homes has been granted planning consent for the first new homes, streets and open spaces in Love’s Farm, St Neots.
Located in the southwestern corner of the development, the proposals for the 236 homes are in line with the design principles and requirements of the approved Design Codes and sit within the parameters of development approved in the outline planning permission.
Morris Homes will deliver a mix of one to four-bedroom homes comprising apartments, mews, semi-detached and detached houses and townhouses. Of the total properties, 66 homes are proposed as affordable housing, with 45 delivered through social or affordable rent and 21 through shared ownership.

Work is expected to start on site in the autumn, with the first homes anticipated to be available in summer 2027.
